Easy Treks will call for not more than 5 hrs. per day of walking on relatively easy mountain trails. Acclimatization to altitude is never a concerned. Prior trekking experience is not required.
Moderate Treks will required 5-7 hrs. per day of walking. One will have to be careful about acclimatization. Good fitness levels are needed to enjoy these trips.
On Difficult Treks, the average day could involve more than 7 hrs of walking. These trips might cover difficult and glaciated terrain where basic mountaineering skills and equipment may be required.
